Initial Consultation + Meal Plan – $120

45–60 min Zoom consultation to assess your needs, lifestyle, and preferences. You'll receive a fully customized meal plan designed for your goals, including calories, macros, and gut-friendly guidance.

Follow-Up Session – $80

Ongoing education and personalized nutrition guidance. We'll adjust your plan as needed and support you in building lasting habits. Ask questions, get clarity, and make empowered decisions for your health.

Monthly Plan – $300/month
